* To attend this class student mut be able to show proof they have successfully completed a “24HR HAZWOPER Technician Level Training” in the past 365 days prior to this class.

• To secure a seat in this class send a completed enrollment form and full payment for the classes you wish to attend.
• All check payments (we do not accept credit card payments) must be received 10 business days prior to the first day of class.
• To meet course participation requirement, students must attend for the complete 8 hours.ost minus 25% of the full class cost.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations inside of 10 business days prior to the date of the first day of class; another student may be substituted.
• Should the class be cancelled due to weather (hurricane, tropical storm, etc.), the class will be rescheduled.
• To meet course participation requirement, students must attend for the complete 8 hours.
