The student’s class seat will be reserved and secured upon receipt of payment and the submission of this completed document to Glades Professional Services, LLC.

Payment must be included with your registration form and must be received 10 business days prior to the first day of class to secure your seat (assuming seats are still available).

Anyone wishing to cancel their secured seat and receive a 75% refund must do so no later than 10 calendar days prior to the first day of class. A 25% charge for is charged for administrative costs.

NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations inside of 10 business days prior to the date of the first day of class. Another student may be substituted for the original student enrolled in the class at no additional cost. Contact us with the change and completed another registration form for the new student.

Should the class be canceled due to weather (hurricane, tropical storm, or tornados), all classes will be rescheduled at a later date with no additional costs for the student. If the student is not able to attend on the rescheduled date the “NO REFUNDS” rule above applies.

To meet course participation requirement, full attendance for each day of class is mandatory.
